Retinal Photography
In order to provide you with the highest standard of eye care available we offer an additional examination procedure using a digital retinal camera, which enables us to capture images of your retina (the inner surface at the back of your eye. This is a painless non-invasive test, which usually requires no dilation and takes only a few minutes.
A permanent and accurate record is kept of the condition of your eyes enabling early diagnosis of borderline disc, macular, or blood vessel changes or pigmentations and accurately monitoring the progression of existing condition. It is especially recommended to those that have specific medical problems or a family history of ocular diseases.
